April 1, 2017 was undoubtedly the best day of our lives. It’s the day Rob and I became husband and wife. It’s the day we were surrounded by those that we love the most. It’s the day we felt God’s holy presence so very profoundly. It’s the day that simply abounded in love and joy and excitement from start to finish. It’s the day we vowed our lives and our love to each other, forever. It’s the day I had dreamed of my whole life, and it far exceeded any of my expectations or dreams. It’s the day we celebrated our new marriage with our family and friends together in one place. It’s the day that was 74 degrees and sunny with a slight breeze, as I had earnestly prayed for throughout our engagement. Simply put, it was perfect.

I’m so unbelievably excited to begin sharing our wedding and all of the details, stories, emotions, and images with you! Yesterday was our six month wedding anniversary (which is simultaneously also our one year engagement anniversary!), and our wedding is being shared on Southern Weddings today. We’re so humbled and excited to share our wedding and love story over on Southern Weddings, which is a little surreal to see our big day on a wedding site that I love and admire so much! It’s definitely an incredible honor, both as a bride and as a wedding planner, designer, and stylist. I’m also going to delve into so many more posts in the coming weeks on this blog, for sure! (Wedding overload, but hey, it’s our wedding and what’s more fitting for this blog?! Ha!)

I simply cannot wait to unfold the entire day, tell so many stories and the emotions/meaning behind everything, and share countless more gorgeous images with you! For now, here’s a quick snippet of the happiest day of our lives!!

Rob, I love you with all my heart, and I can’t wait to spend forever together! Marrying you was the easiest, best, and happiest decision of my life, and being married to you is more incredible than I ever dreamt it could be. Family and friends, we are eternally grateful for your excitement, presence, support, and love; you mean the world to us!
