I am thrilled to introduce to you today’s bride spotlight, Sarah Morrel. Sarah and Clint will be tying the knot in March at the Merrimon-Wynne House in downtown Raleigh, NC, and I seriously can’t wait for their special day! It’s such a special wedding to me as I have the distinct honor of being both Sarah’s wedding planner AND her bridesmaid!! Yes, that’s correct: I have two very important roles in this wedding, and I couldn’t be happier to be bringing this treasured friend’s wedding to life as she marries Clint. You can bet their wedding design is going to be romantic, fresh, organic, and filled with simple but gorgeous meaningful, personalized touches and details. You know I can’t wait to share so much more! But even more importantly, I know just how perfect Sarah and Clint are for each other – and how very excited they are to become husband and wife surrounded by their closest family and friends. These two are the real deal, and we are so blessed to call them friends! Their sweet, goofy, real love is inspiring, and I could cry happy tears thinking about how well Clint loves Sarah (and vice versa).

It was also so fun getting to know Sarah’s thoughts on the big day, told from her perspective!  Sarah and Clint’s engagement photos by Erica Serrano are absolutely stunning, making the choice on which ones to share quite difficult.  I mean, does it get anymore surreal and incredible than these views of the North Carolina mountains and this gorgeous couple?! 1. Tell us a little bit about you and your fiancé, Clint! 

Clint and I love being active, we are obsessed with our 4 year old Golden Retriever, and we are currently renovating our house.

 

 

2. What are you most excited for about your wedding day?

Finally being married to Clint!

3. What was your biggest inspiration for your wedding design?

Neutrals.  I’m pretty simple and wanted it to be a very simple and elegant vibe.

 

 

4. Are you doing a first look or saving it for walking down the aisle?

First look

5. Describe your style in one word. 

Neutrals 😉

 

6. What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind?

Netflix and snuggling the pup

7. What is something you’re passionate about?

Fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I am a yoga instructor, and he and I go to the gym together most nights a week.

 

 

8. What has been the biggest surprise in the wedding planning process?

How many things are on my to-do list

9. What is your favorite part of your wedding design?

That it is at the Merrimon- Wynne

10. What is your favorite thing about Clint?

His genuine kindness to everyone he meets
