Back in December, right before Christmas, we brought our Winter Elegance editorial shoot to life at The Parlour at Manns Chapel! December was an incredibly busy month for me with a couple shoots and a huge wedding, but it was such a dream to bring this vision to life with some truly amazing people. There may have been absolutely torrential downpour for almost the entirety of the day, but we managed to pull together a pretty gorgeous shoot despite having to move it all indoors. Thankfully, there was a five minute window at the end of the day where we could move outside and snap a few frames before it got dark! The whole day was so calm, fun, and the creative energy was truly overflowing. I love when almost all of the talented vendors stick around throughout the day, despite the fact that it can be a very, very long day!, and it was so fun to watch the entire shoot unfold together.

Here are a few favorite sneak peeks that I can’t help but share! I think that’s one of the hardest parts about a styled shoot – not being able to share the entire gallery of images the second I receive them! Waiting for publication/being featured is definitely a test in patience!! I actually cried happy tears when I first received the gallery from Amber Hatley because they were THAT good. That’s one of the most fun and fulfilling parts of my job, for sure.
