Every summer must come to an end, and this summer was no exception. It was a great, busy, beautiful summer filled with lots of amazing memories, too many trips to name, and plenty of sunshine. Some of my friends and I wanted one last summertime hurrah, and a beach weekend was clearly the answer! About ten of us headed down to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina for a weekend getaway. Our beach weekend was filled with lazy mornings of coffee drinking, breakfast making, and rocking chairs on the porch. It was filled with walks on the beach and enjoying the ocean view. It was filled with reunions, catching up, sweet conversations, and dear friends. The weekend was filled with bike rides along the beach to lunch, apple pie moonshine, cheese platters, and spinach dip. There was lots of game playing and hilarity. And it was all wonderful!
