I am so excited to share Melissa’s bridal portrait session with you today!! Isn’t she absolutely radiant?! These bridal portraits capture Melissa’s beauty, anticipation, and joy so well, and she glows so much! I adore the wind-blown hair and veil (it was a windy, chilly day!), the scalloped edge of her train, the delicate pearl buttons down her back, the gorgeous antique lace, the flowing blush + burgundy ribbons, her lush bouquet, and that happy smile of hers!

Melissa and Jonathan were married this past weekend, and goodness was it an amazing day! The weather was incredibly perfect — 60 degrees with the brightest blue sky and plenty of sunshine, which was amazing for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. The entire day was calm, fun, and filled with so many sweet moments and lots of anticipation! The venue, The Pavilion at Carriage Farm, was such a beautiful location for Melissa and Jonathan to be married, as it felt like we were in the middle of the mountains (a special spot for these two!) with towering trees, a bright red barn, a stone fireplace, and gorgeous views. Their ceremony was so touching and so personalized (I definitely teared up!), and it was the happiest beginning to their married life! Out on the patio, we installed market lights and had a s’mores bar by the fire pit once the sun went down, and inside we had a hot chocolate bar (with all the toppings!), homemade by Melissa’s mom. Their first dances were so sweet, the food was delicious, their friends and family were so loving and excited for them, and was the happiest ending to the evening with a sparkler exit!
