As I mentioned in my August goals the other day, the Creative at Heart Conference is coming to Raleigh! Sunday through Wednesday, I’ll be at the stunning Merrimon-Wynne House in downtown Raleigh (our beloved wedding venue!) for four action-packed days of reuniting with friends, meeting lots of new wedding and creative industry friends, sharing and hopefully inspiring others in the wedding planning business as a panelist, learn from some of the best of the best, absorbing so much knowledge and best practices, and savoring the entire experience of this remarkable conference that brings together creatives from everywhere, in every field.

I attended this conference almost two years ago in Charleston in November of 2015, and it’s pretty exciting to see just how much has changed for my business and in my personal life since that conference happened. I learned so much while I was at Creative at Heart in Charleston, having just moved to Raleigh and had taken my wedding planning business full-time only three months prior. Now I get to be back in attendance as a wedding planning panelist, and I couldn’t be more grateful or honored for the opportunity to share all that I’ve learned with others. It’ll be so nice to invest in my business and in my work, to learn how to better serve my clients intentionally, and to turn off my emails for a couple days so that I can really invest in the conference, the people there, and all the new things I’ll be learning!
