This week is a busy one, especially considering it’s the “off-season” for weddings! Well, I’m coming to realize that there’s really never an off-season when you own your own business, but there are definitely times of the year and seasons when there are more weddings than others, more editorial shoots, more behind-the-scenes business work, and new + exciting business updates. Anyway, I have two styled shoots and the Carolina Inn Bridal Showcase this week, so it’s going to be a little crazy… but in the best way possible!

I am really excited to bring these two shoots to life, and I’m also looking forward to the Carolina Inn bridal showcase on Sunday! It’s the first time I’ll ever be in a bridal showcase/bridal show, and I can’t wait to meet the sweetest brides and grooms there! These watercolor calligraphy placecards are the most beautiful addition from Alexa at Sage Paper Co., and I have been swooning over them all week!! I spent time this past week finalizing linen and tabletop rentals for the bridal showcase and my shoots, as well as spending a few hours at Anthropologie for an exciting addition to an editorial shoot. It’s been a full few weeks of details, timelines, emails… and some fun outings like these, too!
