Oh how I love Italy! It’s been way too many years since I spent time traveling throughout Italy during college after I finished by study abroad time in Greece. A return trip is definitely something that I have my eye on. Rome, Tuscany, Florence, Lake Como, Pisa, Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, the Vatican, Cinque Terre, Venice, Milan, Positano… I certainly have wanderlust for endless destinations within the stunning and diverse landscape of Italy. When I was in Italy in 2008, we landed in Milan & then spent time in Venice, Pisa, Cinque Terre, the Vatican, and Rome. Perfection!! I can’t believe my inaugural trip to Italy didn’t include Florence, but there’s always next time, right?! I can’t wait to get back someday soon to sample the best pizza, pasta, wine, and gelato that Italy has to offer, as well as to take in the breathtaking vistas, the incredible history, and the charming towns and cities of this great country that I adore.
