Joy upon joy!! Gracie and Andrew were married this past weekend at the coast on the most beautiful, perfect summer day, and there was unmatched JOY, love, and excitement from start to finish. What an absolutely incredible, unforgettable, stunning, meaningful, beautiful, and joyful day it was as Gracie and Andrew were married and as they were celebrated all weekend long by their beloved families and friends!
It’s only been a few days since Gracie and Andrew were married, and I still have the happiest and most full heart after the wedding week celebrations! It was a dream come true in every way as we celebrated Gracie and Andrew’s new marriage and their love for one another – and their love for the Lord, their love of their families, and the love of their friends. There was such a palpable feeling of joy and love and excitement in every moment of their wedding week, and being able to witness such pure, happy emotions was a gift in every way and one of the biggest reasons why I adore the work that I get to do. Over the last many, many months, it has been such a delight and an honor getting to know Gracie, Andrew, and their parents (especially Gracie’s mom, Elizabeth, whom I did most of the planning with!), and I cannot rave enough about this entire crew. It was simply the best getting to know these two newlyweds and to bring their wedding day to life! Gracie, Andrew, their families, and their wedding party are as beautiful and radiant inside as they are outside; don’t you think?!
I can’t say enough good things about the new Mr. and Mrs. Mauney and who they are, and it was a dream come true to get to know, love, and serve them during their engagement and on their wedding weekend. Gracie and Andrew’s wedding day was filled not only with beautiful details but with beautiful, heartfelt, joyous, and laughter-filled moments from beginning to end. They are surrounded by the most loving, fun, servant-hearted, marvelous friends and family, and seeing these magical, once-in-a-lifetime & highly anticipated moments unfold sure is something special. What a dream, truly!

This was quite possibly one of my favorite wedding designs – and weddings! – of all time, which is saying something! I have been dreaming up, designing, and planning every single inch of their wedding (and their rehearsal dinner and welcome party!) for many, many months, and seeing all of this hard work come to fruition is one of the best feelings in the world for a wedding planner and designer. I’ve dreamed of these details & design elements (and the logistics to bring it all to life!) in my head for so long, and seeing it unfold (with the most phenomenal vendor team and creative partners imaginable!) is a total pinch-me moment. There’s nothing like the magic of a white tent gracing such a pristine waterfront setting — and the unbelievably gorgeous flowers & centerpieces, the durogram-wrapped dance floor moment with a massive rattan chandelier and floral installation overtop, the oval bar statement moment with the bar decals and focal florals and blue glassware on the white shelves, the exquisite linens (one of which matched Gracie’s wedding dress), the rattan chandeliers and market lights and romantic tent liner, the gorgeous lounges, the details… I’m so in love with it all and absolutely love seeing all of this hard work and planning come to fruition. It was exquisite, unique, intentional, and oh so meaningful, all in one, and I’m so unbelievably proud of this wedding and getting to plan and design it for such a marvelous couple. I’ll share many more details and design elements, for sure! From start to finish, I think it was cohesive and intentional, which is so important.
Gracie and Andrew’s wedding was magical & intentional, coastal & elevated, inviting & refined, fresh & memorable, and filled with the most heartfelt, beautiful, meaningful details and design. Their faith, their love, and their joy shone through at every turn, which is really what it’s all about! This couple, their families & friends, the weather, the design & details & seamless day, the dream vendor team, and every bit of it was unbelievably wonderful. I’ll never be over it or this dreamy tent we built from the ground up over the course of many months of planning and several days onsite leading up to their wedding. And I’m so grateful for the wildly amazing creative partners who I had the honor of working alongside to bring this to life for Gracie and Andrew, who bring so much joy into the lives of everyone who knows & loves them!
Gracie’s parents are members at Crystal Coast Country Club, and her dad has been coming to Atlantic Beach all his life – same as Gracie and her brother. Their beach house is just down the road, and the coast was the perfect, most meaningful, and most beautiful backdrop for their wedding week. All the bridesmaids stayed in their family beach house, other beach houses on the same street were rented out for the groom’s family, and their rehearsal dinner and welcome party were in nearby Beaufort. Welcoming their wedding guests into town for their wedding weekend was so much fun and so special! And their wedding day unfolded at the Crystal Coast Country Club, right on the sound waterfront with pristine views of the water, a light breeze, and the immaculate golf course (where the ceremony took place!). We spent days leading up to the wedding building the reception tent from the ground up, perfecting every detail, ensuring the layout was perfectly symmetrical, and setting up and installing every last detail and design element, many seen here. Gracie and Andrew’s wedding was so exquisite, unique, intentional, and oh so meaningful, all in one, and it was truly a dream in every way for the most deserving and wonderful couple.
A big focus of Gracie and Andrew’s wedding day was on their ceremony and keeping it worshipful and holy. Their faith is such a significant part of who these two are, and they wanted their wedding day to reflect their faith, God’s goodness, and the love that they share as they were married. And what a significant, incredibly beautiful, and meaningful ceremony it was! 53 people walked down the aisle, which shows you just how beloved Gracie and Andrew are. They had 350 guests on their wedding day, and they were married outside on the waterfront on the practice range of the golf course. With a towering, lush, statement floral arch, beautiful aisle flowers, and towering floral urns adorning their ceremony, it was such an exquisite and special backdrop for their vows. Thankfully, the weather was perfect: sunny, warm (but not too hot!), and a light breeze. And magical, heartfelt, and holy, it was! They had a large wedding party, four adorable flower girls, a trumpet for the processional and recessional, and their church’s worship team led the congregation in one of their favorite hymns before Gracie and Andrew exchanged their vows and became husband and wife!
Joy upon joy! Endless congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Mauney — you two are so, so very loved and celebrated!
